People have been asking me a lot of the same questions over the years. So I thought it would be a good idea to create this Frequently Asked Questions page. I'll keep updating it here as I go.

Q. What kind of tools do you use to draw?
A. It changes every now and then. Lately, I've been using a regular mech pencil with 0.5 HB lead.
Kneded eraser to clean my lines. Whatever hard eraser to really erase when needed.
For the inks I use mostly a Windsor&Newton (series 7, size 000) brush, the rechargeable Kuretake brush pen for thicker (and awesome) lines and whatever old brush for cool textures.
I'm still trying to find the perfect white ink/acrylic.
And I use Micron pens for straight lines.
And whatever black ink. Right now, Dr. Ph. Martin's Black Star.
Q. What comics have you worked on before?
A. For Marvel Comics, "Spider-Man & Fantastic Four - Hard Choices" and "Marvel Adventures Super Heroes". For Image Comics, "Dynamo 5". Form Boom! Studios, "The Incredibles" and "Incorruptible". For DC Comics, "Blue Beetle" and "The Flash Annual".
Q. How can I draw like you?
A. Draw every day and you can only get better. Do that, and you'll probably end up better than me.
Q. Do you take commissions?
A. No. My commission list is closed since August of 2012.
Q. I'm a new writer. Would you like to work on my awesome project for free and we share the profits?
A. No.
Q. Would you like to work for free?
A. No.
Q. Do you take requests?
A. No.
Q. Do you sell prints online?
A. No. Only at comic conventions.
Q. Can you draw my favorite female (or male) character doing bizarre sex things?
A. No.
Q. What kind of paper do you use to draw?
A. For monthly books I use the paper the companies send me. Other than that, I use the "Borden & Riley #234 Paris Bleedproof paper for pens", 9 x 12 in. It's a very smooth one and works alright with inks and markers.
Q. Are you going to San Diego Comic Con this year (any year)?
A. No. I don't see myself going to San Diego anytime soon. Of course this can change anytime and I'll let everyone know about it if it does.
Q. What comic conventions are you going this year?
A. There's a comic convention page here on my website. I'll do my best to keep it updated.
Q. Can you do a tutorial explaining how you do your work?
A. I could. I want to. But those things take some time to put together, and honestly it's a little boring. But I will do it eventually.
Q. Convention sketch list prices. Regular commission prices. Are they the same thing?
A. No. I charge less at conventions to do sketches. Regular commissions are more expensive and I do them at home whenever I can. So con sketches are looser drawings made at cons. Regular commission is the best work I can do if you want something from me.
Q. Can I color or ink one of the drawings you posted online?
A. Yea. Just make sure to put credits, please. No need to ask.
Q. Are they going to make The Incredibles 2?
A. I have no idea.
Q. Are your lines digital? or Do you work with a tablet/cintiq?
A. My lines are all inked with a real brush or a real pen. I do not use a tablet or cintiq. I do color some of my drawings using Photoshop. And I use a mouse for that.
Q. When are you going to do more tiny characters?
A. I have no idea. But I do want to reach 200 of them. Just don't know when I'll have the time to go back to it.
Q. Do you have sketchbooks or artbooks for sale?
A. Not at this moment. I want to print new ones in the future.
Q. How much were your commissions when you closed the list?
A. Around $80 and $300. They will cost more whenever I open my commission list again.
Q. When are you going to open your commission list again?
A. I have no idea. Maybe (maybe) June or July of 2013.
Q. Can you send me the high res of one of your drawings?
A. If you didn't pay for that, no. I could, but then I'd have to send it to everyone asking me for that. I just don't have the time.
Q. Did you work on "The Incredibles" movie?
A. No.
