Someone actually likes under the red hood to actually drawl Jason Todd!!! He's the most HATED robin of all time!! The comic reading public VOTED to have him killed of during the 80's for a reson!(not to mention that under the red hood compleatly ruind arsenl and starfire as charicters forever!!!!)

He was not well liked but if you listen to interviews with the editors of the time they make it clear that A)its widely believed that someone used a computer to repeatedly call the number to kill Jason and B) the backlash from having killed a robin(even one who wasn't liked as much as Dick)made them all glad that they did not televise the process and therefore didn't have to have their faces attached to the decision.
